holiday leave loading to attract superannuation

I have de-selected the holiday leave loading (in the exempt)to accrue superannuation.....however the OK button on the final page is not visible.......and reverts back to selected meaning exempt from super paymemnts.

Why is the OK button not showing as I now have to manually calculate superannuation on holiday leave loading.

Thanks for your post.

For the holiday leave loading to accrue super, you may need to deselect it from the exempt window. You may need to confirm the changes made by clicking OK for the changes to take effect. In your case, the OK button is not showing up. To correct the situation, please confirm that the Command Centre screen is not maximized, so the option to drag the arrows up and down will appear. Please refer to the screenshots below.

When you are in the Command Centre screen, please click the highlighted icon.

Once done, while you are in the Superannuation Exemptions window, on the far right-hand side, you will see the scroll bar. Kindly scroll down the page to show the OK button.

If you are still having issues removing the holiday leave loading from an exemption, you can log in to the browser version to make the changes. To do this, kindly log in to this link. Once logged in, go to Payroll > Pay items > Superannuation tab > Click the super you are using > Scroll down and under Exemptions, click the x button on the far right-hand side of the pay item you want to remove and then click Save.

Thanks Doreen....the drag down option on the side bar does not show up.

There is no option to unmaximise the screen.

I was able to resolve the problem though in the browser option.
