Exporting Report to Excel

Hi,

I cannot export reports to excel in one of my client. However, I can download to some entities.

It shows that "operations time out". Kindly see attached file.

Could you please help me this? Thank you so much

If you are experiencing the error message, 'An application operation has timed out',we recommend checking the Help Article: AccountRight Timeout Extender for more information on how to fix the error. If the resolution provided doesn't work on your end, please clear the AccountRight cache by following the steps in the Help Article: Clearing the AccountRight Cache.
