Activity Analyse Sales Report

I have taken on a new client and wanted to provide them with some feedback and planning tools moving forward. When runnings Sales Reports - Activity - Analyse Sales [Activity] for the period Feb - Jun 21 I have values reported even though no invoices have been issued in these periods. Yet when I run the Activity - Sales [Activity Detail] for the same period I get what I expected the "Nothing to Report". Is the datafile corrupt?

    Both these reports return results for recorded time billing invoices in the system at a specific date range, and if they are displaying inconsistently in your case, can you please attach the reports here so we can investigate further?  You're welcome to send these by Private Message if they contain any sensitive information.

     

    I would also recommend clearing the AccountRight cache as sometimes the display issue in reports is caused due to corrupt cache.
