So have been watching and waiting for the InTray issue to be fixed. Despite the insistance this issue is fixed this is not my experience. I have waitied and rebooted MYOB as the instructions I have seen posted to several peoples post of a similar nature but this has not resolved my issues. I am stuck mid upload of months of receipts that I can no longer do while this issue persists.

Thank you all very much for the feedback. Our teams have initially resolved it but further investigation found that it's still impacting some clients from loading the documents. The teams are currently working on it.
