Invoice Payment Fee???

I've noticed recently that when a customer pays an invoice it automatically is marked as Paid in Myob, however I was not given the option to enable this function when setting up my online payment system and have now found an extra line item on my monthly bill;

Invoice Payments Transactions Fee @ $12.67 per invoice!!! 

How do I turn this off? I don't need it to auto mark as paid, especially at this ridiculous price!

It sounds like the Transaction Fee you are seeing on your MYOB monthly invoice is the normal fees and charges associated with using PayDirect (online payments). This would be a fee charged for using the service, not for simply marking an invoice as paid. 

If you signed up for online payments in error or were not aware of the fees associated, you can deactivate that service by following the instructions linked in this Help Article: Deactivating online payments.
