Item ID#

Can anyone tell me when you are entering an invoice and choose Item Id. We have multiple Item ID# starting with ZOLL. If you put that  word in Item ID it doesnt give you all of the items beginning with that word?

Thank you so much for your post and my apologies for the late response. Within your Sales, Purchases, and Inventory Windows, there's an option available that enables you to search and select items. This feature allows users to look up items by number or name, and even generate a list of items containing specific characters in their name or number.
