MYOB Bounce back

Hello

 

I am getting bounce back emails from MYOB (code - rejected) to a particular email address.

 

I can send the email to my own email fine and I can send to the specific email from outlook without a bounce back.

 

I keep seeing posts about needing to whitelist emails so I tried to PM a mod but when it goes to the PM screen there is nothing there.

      I am sorry to hear that the issue has not been resolved yet, so we can check if the emails are blacklisted on our end, can you please send us the impacted email address by Private Message?

        Hi 

        Thank you for your reply but as I said in the original post if I click PM the attached screenshot is all I can see, I'm not sure why I can't PM

        is there another way around this?
