Receivables with Tax Report

Hi,

 

I am just trying to find out if the issue with the "Receivables with Tax Report" timing out when loading has been addressed? We need to finlaise our BAS and need this report to complete it.

Alternatively, is there another report where we can view Receivables for the quarter with the GST element.

    You could try the Sales Register Detail (All Sales) and use Insert/Modify to add the Tax column. Granted this shows all sales for the period, not just those that are outstanding, however you should be able to export to excel and sort by Amt due and remove all closed sales, leaving just the open sales.

     

    FYI the Receivables with Tax 'timing' out is not recognised as an issue by MYOB. Some users report Payables with Tax timing out but Receivables with Tax working. It all depends on your file, how many customers you have and how many suppliers, and how big your file is.

     

    Have you applied the Time Out Extender to this latest version? The Time Out Extender needs to be re-applied to each update.

      That worked a treat!

       

      I really appreciate your help and response here in regards to the workaround.

       

      I may leave the time-out issue for someone with some expertise in IT. I'm not very familiar with MYOB and changing MYOB configurations sounds a little risky for me to try!
