Stocktake Search Bar

We are wanting to do a stocktake within a business. We would like to enter our stocktake directly into our myob given our business has alot of stock products that are input with codes. We require a search bar to be able to do this rather then having to scroll through looking for the item. Is there a way we can lodge this to myob and have them add in this feature? I cant find an email address for them and also have been on hold for a very long time.
