Trial balance not balancing due to purchase journals that cannot be opened

I am in an account right live file.

The trial balance is not balancing but there were no issues from opening balance entries. I have found that the variances arises from 2 x purchase journals. However, when trying to click into the transactions an error pops up with 'This function is not available in the current product'. How can this be fixed in the file?
