mail merge accounts receivable

Hi, I have account right. Why can't I send overdue invoices from Accounts Receivable To Do List? I only have the choice of mail merge and when I try that it freezes and nothing happens.  Also I don't understand why there aren't tutorials on using Letters and the Mail Merge feature. Regards Ann

Hi @annw 

Thank you for your post. You can either set the system to send invoices over email automatically, or you can send invoices manually.

• To Set up invoice reminders go to Sales > Invoice Reminders.
• To Print or email sales go to Sales > Print/Email Invoices.
• To set up Personalised letters go to Card File > Create Personalised Letters.
