How do I generate/issue a receipt from MYOB? I am legally required to provide receipts to customers (as a health provider).

Hi @SueTPsych 

 

You'll go to either 


Banking -> Print Receipts, or

Sales -> Print Receipts 

 

In either case, the amount received must be recorded in MYOB before you can issue a receipt.

Thank you for your post. May I extend a warm welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.

 

Quick thanks to @vidario1 for the tip. 

After entering a sale, you can send or print your invoice. At the top portion of the Invoice window, you will see Print or Send To. If you wish to send this via email, you will need to set up your email first. After that, you can now Sending forms when you record a transaction

 

You can also have it personalised or customised. This Help Article has more information on Personalising invoices that you can use as guide.
