Sales- Issues with Receive Payments
Hi, I have issue with the amount due on inv PAN0574a. The invoice is shown US$16,198.39 owing but the receive payment page is showing US$29,863.86 Is this a system error?

Please confirm again I am to delete all the AccointRightCache files I can find in C Drive?

Yes - AR2023 will recreate as required.
Two other things:
- after you delete the cache files, re-open the company file and check the screen displays correctly. If not try the Refresh button at top of screen (green curved arrow)
- I note your local currency seems to be in EUR - I didn't think this was possible for AR2023, only AUD of NZD
