One of our "gross payments" wage categories is being excluded from the STP report each week. The ATO and Centrelink will have incorrect figures being reported from MYOB.

Thanks for your post.
If your payroll category gross payment is being excluded from STP, kindly check if it was assigned to the correct ATO Reporting Category. To do this, go to Payroll > Payroll Categories, select the correct tab > Select the Payroll Category to check > Then check the ATO Reporting Category. If changes have been made, please send update event to update the figures. For further information, kindly check The Help Article Assign ATO reporting categories for Single Touch Payroll reporting.
