Cannot enter Authorisation code for superannuation

I cannot enter the authorisation code for our super it is sent to us but the box to put it into won't let us type it into and just comes up with an error that something went wrong try again. We have been trying for about an hour now,

Thanks for your post. We are aware that some users are experiencing time out and Something went wrong errors when processing super payments. Our developers are investigating and we do apologise for the inconvenience.
