Employee not showing up in STP Report

Hi! I have an employee that has recently been employed. I have set him up exactly the same as our other employees, he shows up when I am processing wages, the entry shows up in Reconcilliation Report...

    Hi jay9 

     

    Can you please refresh the Employment status for this employee in their card file, for example, change it to Other and save, then change it back to Individual and save the changes. 

    Once that is done, do and declare a zero dollar pay run just for this employee and let us know if he then shows in the Reports.

Thanks Komal, I would appreciate that. So, where you see the 2 entries, these are the payroll runs I'd like looked into. The other ones with 1 is  a casual staff member.

    Hi Komal, I did this & yes he did appear on that report. I also processed our wages today, and lo & behold, he now appears on todays report with the correct YTD details.

    So i can presume this is fixed now? Thanks for your assistance :-)

    I'm glad to hear it's working now and yes refreshing the employment status has re-established the connection properly with the Payroll Reporting Centre.
