It appears to have been fixed now, I spent ages yesterday sending individual e-mails with PDF attachments, then it must have been fixed last night. I tried numerous times to send them initially, now the poor souls have received about 4 copies of their Payment Summaries 
Nice of them to let us know if they knew that long ago, would have saved a lot of frustration and angst.
Hope yours sort themselves too and I hope you don't have too many employees that you have to send to individually. I did 
Try using advanced search to find a post more easily
