Payroll Reporting - Error Checking Payroll Deatails

Hi,

We have been experiencing an error when clicking Payroll Reporting > Check Payroll Details.

An error message comes up; "somethings gone wrong and accountright needs to close"

The error code is Unknown (0)

The error message is (Unknown): ShowUIView(SingleTouchPayrollReadinessCheck,...,...)

The error happens on all 3 of our PC's and also our accountants PC when they try it on our account.

This is the first time we have used payroll reporting.

Any ideas.

I just completed an online chat with Melisa and she was very helpful.

She "ran a script on the file" and fixed the problem.

So if anyone has a similar problem the online chat should be able to help!
