Payroll entitlements not recording automatically

In the payroll categories>entitlements I have the Salary Holiday Leave Accrual/ Salary LSL Accrual/ Salary Sick Leave Accrual set up with percentages of Gross Hours selected as the calculation basis but the calculations are not coming through on the payslips when I process them fortnightly.

 

I am having to manually enter the accruals for each employee.

Hi @GraceKeast 

 

This generally happens if the payroll wage category against which you're entering hours in the payrun  is exempt from accruing entitlement. As an example, if you want holiday leave accrual on base hourly, under Payroll>>>Payroll Categories>>Entitlements>>Holiday Leave accrual>> Exempt>> base hourly should be unticked. Therefore, all the wage categories on which you want super to be accrued should be unticked under Exempt else accruals won't work.

Hi Komal,

 

I checked that no items were exempted, so I selected all and deselected all but the automatic calculation is still not working.

In that case, can you please send us a screenshot of the entitlement information window ( for any one entitlement category) and the process payrun screen in which the entitlement did not accrue?  You're welcome to send this information by Private Message if it has sensitive data.
