I have been emailed documents. I have signed in and viewed the documents but there is no "reject" or "approve" areas. When I hover over my initials it shows my name and email and "pending". How do I approve the documents ?

The approval/reject options only appear if your Accountant has requested you digitally sign the document/s. If these options don't appear under your My Open Tasks it is likely you haven't been requested to digitally sign them or there is an browser/authenication issue.
In case there is a brower/authenication issue, please clear your browser cache and login again to check.
If the issue persists please contact your Accountant and ask them to investigate further their end.
