Hi, @NJB23
Thanks for your post, and welcome to the MYOB Community Forum.
We're sorry for not being able to respond right away.
Kindly try to create a job through the Create Invoice window. Please click on the dropdown arrow in the Job field and click on Create job. This will allow you to create a job that can be saved and used without error.
Please let us know how it goes and if you need further assistance with this.

Hi, @NJB23
Thanks for your response.
Kindly try to clear the browser cache first, and then try to create the Job codes again. If the issue still persists, please delete or inactivate the Job codes that you no longer use. There are some instances that when you reached the maximum number of Job codes, it will not allow you to create a new one.
Please let us know how how it goes. We are eager to hear back from you.
Best regards,
Doreen

Hi, @NJB23
Thanks for your response.
We may need to have more information regarding the issue so we can further investigate it on our end. On your web browser, click the 3 vertical dots > Choose More Tools > Click Developer Tools > Then select the Console tab. Save the error log by right-clicking on the Console tab and choosing Save As, to save the entire log to a .txt file. Once done, we also need to view the network errors. To do this, go to the Network tab > Retrigger the error > Look for the error line in red in the list > Click on the red error line > Click the Preview tab in the window on the right > Look for the request ID and copy if for any notes. This is needed for the developers to look up in the background for further investigation. Kindly attach the requested information to your post.
We are eager to hear back from you.
Best regards,
Doreen

Hello @Doreen_P
Sorry for the delay in reponding. I am still having this issue. Can you please assist?
Do you still want me to send an error log and check the error log? This seems a little out of my skillset but I can give it a go if you think it will resolve the issue?
Kind regards
Natalie
