Other income not working

when I am going to create other income. I got this message " Something went wrong. Please try again or refresh the browser. Please try again. If the error persists, get in touch with us. Request ID: a029d46b-1d2c-426e-a8bf-efb2eb4a7b0f." I need to appear my other income accounts.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! Can you please clarify if you're creating a payroll category ? 

 

If not, can you please attach a screenshot of the window you're in along with the error message so I can take a look into this for you.
