Reporting for NFP charities

Welcome to the Community Forum.

 

  1. You can move values from one account to another by recording a journal entry. To record a journal entry, go to the Accounting menu and choose Create general journal. 
  2. If you need a list of transactions in a printable format, you can download it as a report. To view the ledger reports Go to the Reporting menu and select Reports. There are a few reports that might help, but the General ledger report is under the Business tab.
