New user setting up bank feed

Hi all,

 

new user, first post. I've been trying to set up a bank feed in MYOB Essentials. I seem to have done everything correctly and set up on my CBA account. Instructions say that once I have completed all the steps, progress of setup will show up under my bank feeds.

For a few days now that is blank and is not showing anything and that I have 2 bank feeds left.

Is there anything that I may be missing?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community forum!

 

Once the bank feeds are ready, you should receive an email, and upon getting that notification, you would need to set up a linked account in the software to get the bank feeds. Please refer to this help article for instructions on linking an account to bank feeds.
