Payroll: Print payslips after processing pays

It would be preferrable to print pay slips after you have finalised pay.    Creating / printing / emailing them prior to payroll being finalised is back to front.  It is the last thing we need to do.   Currently if we find an error or need to make a correction after checking etc. we have to reprint / resend them.
