Myob on the go needs to be adjusted to have other paid options
Eg I create an Invoice on my ipad and the customer then on site wants to pay via EFT direct from there bank

The MYOB Invoice app (v2.14) contains the payments option allowing users to save payment transactions via the app. You would be able to select the payment method during that process (if required).
