Sales/Purchases: Create Bill from Sales Quote

I would like to be able to create a Bill directly from an existing Quote.

At the moment there is an option to "Create PO" from a quote, but this creates an Order, which then needs to be converted to a Bill. Please could we have the option to go directly from a Sales Quote to a Purchase Bill.
