Suggestion to change delete icon in "Manage Bank Accounts"

A few times when i have been in a rush i have accidentally mistaken the waste bin /delete account icon in "manage bank accounts" for a refresh button. 

I would like to suggest that this icon is changed to a red 'X' or at least have a "hover' /pop up notification saying "are you sure you want to delete this bank account." to avoid accidentally deleting associated bank accounts.
