How to look at multiple transactions only on one bank account if you don't use Bank feeds

I am using MYOB Business Lite. You can only have two bank feeds, which seems to be the only way to view transactions on one specific bank account rather than all expenditure over multiple bank accounts. The only way I have been able to see the current transactions on a specific account on it's own (for example a credit card account) is that I have to go to Bank reconciliations and choose that account. In my old software, Account Edge Basic V3, which I miss terribly, You could see all the transactions for a specified bank account when you put in the date range or when you entered a payment. Everything was listed underneath for the current month. The online system is a much slower and more cumbersome way of doing things and I can't find any information on it.

Re: How to look at multiple transactions only on one bank account if you don't use Bank feeds

Hi @Susie02

The Bank transactions window only shows transactions if you have imported these through bank feeds or bank statement importation.

If you don't use those features of the product then one of the other methods can be implored to see the transactions for that account:

  • The Banking>>Find transactions window - this allows you to search Transactions by the particular type of transaction i.e the Source Journal or through the Debits and Credits>>Account filter
  • The Reporting>>Reports>>General Ledger report for that particular account and date range.

  • (If on MYOB Business Pro) The Reporting>>Reports>>Account transactions for that particular account and date range.

Kind regards,
Steven
