Sales: Invoices to include email address

Ability to further customise invoices is much needed! They are very clunky at present.

 

Our current issues include:

 

  • Email not included on invoice
  • No where to include licence no's
  • Free text space to communicate an ongoing promotion (eg early bird payments, etc)
  • Invoice all at top of page when only few line entries- the 'trim line' should stay in same place across all invoices.

 

Look forward to seeing any future improvements!

    Hi KQF,

    All those requirements you have can be satisfied by "customising forms" and using the comment and/or memo fields.

      Thanks for the reply,

       

      Do you mean on each individual invoice? Or is there some way to customise the template itself in LiveAccounts?

        Unfortunately Bob has answered for a different product.

        Whilst you are using Live Accounts he has AccountRight.
