BAS refund offset against tax debt

Hi,

I've received a BAS refund but that amount has gone against our tax debt that we are paying off with the ATO. 

How do I enter in the details of my BAS refund (PAYG collected, GST refund) without actually having money deposited into my account?

Thanks for your post. A common way to handle these situations is to have an Integrated Client Account (ICA) set up in your software. For general information on an ICA you can refer to this post: ATO Integrated Client Account
