Can Not link an existing document

Hello

I am havaing trouble linking documents to exisiting purchases in MYOB essential.

IF I go throught the tray and link document it just reverts back to the tray.

If I try and link via the actual saved purchase it tries to load then error: networ error

Any ideas anyone else having this issue?

Hello @DAL-WA 

Thank you for your question, can I please get you to delete the bill or purchase you want to link the document to, and then create a new bill using the InTray document by clicking the ellipsis (3 dots) button at the end of the document line and choose to Create bill. This should then link the InTray document to the purchase and resolve your issue.

Yes I can do this and it works

But it defeats the purpose of using the feature linking to an existing bill ?

Also if you prefill a Bill it will not link to this either??
