I am trying to use the new online version of our software, but every time I Create a New Budget, the screen stays empty. I can create a budget, duplicate a budget, delete a budget – but all by name only – the screen has no instructions, options or data. It stays completely blank.
I have tried Edge, Chrome and Firefox without success.
I have created and deleted multiple times, also without success.
I then created a budget in the desktop AccountRight 2020.4 but cannot see it in the online app.
Any further thoughts?

Welcome to the MYOB Community Forum, I hope you find plenty of useful information.
The Browser based version still only has about 80% of the functionality of the Account Right Live.
If you need to use the Budgets then stay with the Account Right Live.

Well, now I know! Thanks heaps. I can work with that.
Is there a time frame for the missing 20% to be functional?
