An error message always pops up "An error occurred while creating the user" when I tried creating a new user.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Community Forum ! Could you please provide a screenshot of the error you get and confirm the last 4 digits of your product serial number so I can take a look into this.

I can see that you have owner access and should be able to invite the users, can you please clear your browser cache and try again. If this doesn't work please let me know.
