I have escalated your banking issue to the correct team (case number: 01170949). I see this has been actioned now.
As for your STP question: As I mentioned before an update event doesn't send pay period amounts, only the YTD amounts. So that the screenshot with $0.00 gross and PAYG is correct because it is an update event.
So all you need to do is check the YTD amounts in the most recent report, if the YTD amounts are correct there is no need to do anything else.
