EntitlementPayrollCategoryMissing

I keep getting the following error while processing the pay.

 

An unrecognised error occurred - EmployeePaymentTemplateHourlyWagesLine_EntitlementPayrollCategoryMissing

    Hi Nm2 

     

    This error can occur if one or more wage items are linked to multiple leave pay items. For example, the “Leave” pay item is linked to both the leave items “Annual leave” and “Extra leave”. Therefore, please ensure that each pay item is only linked to one leave item and try the process again.

        Can you please send me your product serial number, impacted employee's name, and a screenshot of the error by Private Message so we can investigate this further.
