Hello Mel_Achterberg
You will need to make sure that your company file is set up so that it can use the teams app. Your business contact details must be up to date to ensure MYOB Team can be set up successfully.
I have attached a Help Article on getting started with MYOB teams. you need to make sure that you set up your company file to be able to log in with the app.
If after you go through this guide and still get an error when trying to log in, can you please attach a screenshot of the error.

It turns out I needed to 'invite' myself first, then it let me log in :)
