Will not Create a Payrun

Hi,

I am receiving the following error message whilst trying to create a payrun. This started after the update.

An unrecognised error occurred - unknown error code. Please try again. If the error persists, get in touch with us. Request ID: 1d3ccfe4-640a-460c-8ba5-97cf5847cac4.

I have cleared browser cache etc and saved the leave info as suggested in the forums.

Hi @eretec 

In order to fix this, open the employee record and open the Payroll details section. Open the Leave tab and click Save. This updates the background information to allow the pays to be recorded. Let me know if you're still experiencing problems.

Thank you for responding. That did the trick, eventually. One of the employees had Minimum hours in the pay cycle set to Zero, which was causing the error. Once I set the minimum hours above zero I was able to save the leave information, thanks to some help from a phone assistant.
