Printing MYOB business reports on a MAC.

I am seeking the assistance of a member who has successfully printed off a standard business PDF report on their MAC. I am specifically looking for step by step guidance as I find the MYOB instructions less than helpful.

Thanks in anticipation. TT

  • Hello Anjay

To print a report from a PDF you will need to follow these steps.

    1. If you want, customise the report by filtering the information that appears, or adding, removing, and reordering columns.

    2. From the Export menu, choose the export format you need, this case being PDF

    3. Click Export.

If you're exporting as a PDF, the report should display on a new browser tab where you can view, print or download it.

If my response has answered your inquiry please click "Accept as Solution" to assist other users to find this information.

      HI Chris,

Thanks for your response. I had been following your suggestions earlier. But no joy!

The main issues, at the moment, seem to be the following:

      1. The software only prints the first page of a report - the remainder seems to be hidden

      2. When a report is printed, the instructional headings ie date range, reset, export ec etc remain visible.

I don't think that looks very professional.

I would appteciate your thoughts on the above,

      Regards.
