Staff cannot access partner.myob.com
How do I allow staff to access essntials clients. MYOB denies access to partners.myob.com

Can you please confirm what error the staff is getting while trying to access partner.myob.com ? Also, are they able to access the files when they directly go to app.myob.com ?
