I've just set up a staff member through partner.myob.com.
When they log in they can see the contacts in the Contacts tab, but they can't see any client files in the Transaction processing tab.
What do I need to do to give them access to our client data?

I have the exact same issue for a new staff member as well.

It seems you have to log into MYOB Essentials, click on the Users tab and check the staff name as a user.
This will allow all MYOB Essentials clients to flow through in the Transaction Processing window.
However, for AccountRight files, you have to go into each file (if you are Administrator) and add them as a user to that file. If you are not Administrator you have to ask your client to do it for you.
