Long Service Leave

I have a client who pays his salesperson a retainer and commission.  I need to accrue LSL on both the retainer and the commision.

 

Any clues on how to do that, the retainer is paid on 38 hour week, but the commission is sales based.

    Hi J91128 

     

    Generally speaking if you needed an accrual to calculate on multiple payroll categories you would need to ensure that the entitlement calculation basis is setup to reflect this.

     

    For example if the accrual calculation is based on a percentage basis of multiple selected wage categories you would need to ensure that all of the necessary wage categories have been marked as exempt. This does presume that everything the entitlement needs to calculate on goes through the payroll system
