Gst report not rolling to next 2 month period

Hi _ I have tried to get support from this from phone support and no luck - they could not assist.

when trying to access my GST and Provincial tax report - (we file manually) the 2 month period is not rolling from march to the new one of the end of May.

This has been fine for years until now - any suggestions why this would not roll to the next period.

Support were saying its the gst amt not correct - that was not correct.

Or could someone tell me the email of a support person in NZ as I do not want to waste another 3 hours on phone support.

Hi @Horses 

You will need to roll the financial year forward to 2022 - you will find your file is still sitting in 2021.

Go to setup - compay information to confirm "current financial year"

Then take a backup of your file - name it as such EOY2021-xxxx

Then go to File - Close a financial year and roll it forward to 2022.
