LSL roll over balance
In setting up the Long Service Leave, we have indicated in the setting to carry over balances to next year (it was ticked-see below). However, the balances at the end of FY2025 was not carry over to FY2026. Out of 4 employees who has LSL balances at end of Jun25 only one employee has his balances carry over to Jul25. Is there some issue with the settings? How do I rectify the problem?

Since the "Carry Remaining Entitlement Over to Next Year" setting is already ticked (nice one spotting that!), and the balances still didn't roll over correctly for all employees, it's best to get this double-checked.
