LSL roll over balance

In setting up the Long Service Leave, we have indicated in the setting to carry over balances to next year (it was ticked-see below).  However, the balances at the end of FY2025 was not carry over to...

    Hi IRES101,

     

    Since the "Carry Remaining Entitlement Over to Next Year" setting is already ticked (nice one spotting that!), and the balances still didn't roll over correctly for all employees, it's best to get this double-checked.

     

    You need to reach out to our live chat support through our virtual assistant, MOCA, or submit a case via MyAccount. They'll be able to take a closer look at your file and help sort out what's going on behind the scenes.
