IR Filing

Hello.

I am a new user on MYOB Essentials Payroll.

I've just finished a pay run - and did my payday filing with IRD. 

However, when I have checked in my MYOB, it is not showing as being submitted.

It does say that "Recent submissions can take a few minutes to show in payday filing."

I submitted it 2 hours ago and it is still not showing....

How long does it take to show as being submitted?

Is there some way I can check to make sure I pressed the right button to file?

(When I look at the Monthly summary, the figures are included in the monthly totals)

  • Hi, it usually only takes a few minutes so there must be an issue with it, I myself am having the same problem.  I am assuming that this is a role on from yesterdays essential payroll issue whereby I could not log in at all.

      I did wonder if it had something to do with yesterdays issues.

      It was only my second payroll using Essentials, and was a nightmare!!

      I just couldn't see anyone else mention any payroll filing problems this morning, so thought I had better check.....

      Fingers crossed that it may be sorted soon.

      The last 4 digits of Essentials Payroll are: 3077
