confirming my company file

Just want to say thank you for confirming my company file. Its all done now. Many many thanks!

      * Serial number
      * Company File ID's or Company File Code
      * Build Number (Version)

        • Serial number
        • Business name
        • Company File ID and build number (Help>>About MYOB AccountRight)

    I just did a file confirmation in June.

    Now, after 3 months, I can't get in again and another company file confirmation is required.

    Please assist.

      Hi SYS2017,

       

      Thank you for letting us know your concern. My apologies if you're having a challenge with confirming your company file. Since it's asking you for a confirmation code, you can no go to Confirm your company file (myob.com) to get a confirmation code. Activating and confirming older MYOB products, has detailed information and instructions to assist you with this.

        I tried.

        The serial number or registration code is incorrect.
        It always doesnt work.

        MYOB has to email be the MYOB AccountRight licence file
