Confirmation company file

Hi,

 

Few months ago, I was asked to confirm my compnay files, I was unable to confirm online so I confirmed by phone, all went well until recently I've been asked to confirm again, and this happens everytime I log in. So I have to confirm using the licence provided few months ago. I was wondering if I'm doing as such, will I reach the limit of confirmation? Is there anyway to resolve this?

There is no limit in confirming your company file, and we need to confirm the file on a regular basis. I can help you to confirm it by sending a license file. Please send me a Private Message containing the following:

     

    • Serial number
    • Business name
    • Company File ID and build number (Help>>About MYOB AccountRight)

     

    Please let me know if you need further help.
