Thanks for that. Is this the first time you're filing the IRD since updating those details ?
I have tried several times to log in into IRD via MYOB since changing the IRD log in. But with no luck.

Thanks for confirming that. Generally there are two causes for this error, 1 being when clients are submitting a second AIM submission where the IRD keeps a note of the initial IRD number and 2 The Email login used for IRD may not be assigned with access/permissions in myIR itself.
If you updated the email address for IRD, you will need to contact the IRD to see if it has updated with them.

Email address is the same.
Sooo i still Myob to talk to IRD... how can this happen???

Hi victoria77,
If you haven't changed the email address can you please send me a private message with the following information:
- Serial number
- Your full name and email address
- Last 4 digits of the IRD number being submitted (not what is currently displayed on the screen)
- Time of incident
- URL - The URL of the page the issue occurred on. (Press F6 in your browser to highlight the URL, copy and paste this entire text string)
