I was using MYOB Accounting Version 17 and I lost everything in a fire.
I still have the software and would create company file and need data verification code. I would like to purchase it if need be.
Any help on how to do this.

Your v17 is a perpetual licence so you shouldn't have to pay anything as long as you can work out your serial number and get a code for your file from MYOB. MYOB no longer sells perpetual programmes and you would have to pay at least 12 months subscription. The latest versions are slow, expensive and have a lot of on-going bugs so v17 is likely to be a better option for you.You said you have the software so I assume that means you can install the programme but you would have to start from scratch with the data file? If this is the case, then make sure you do regular removable backups from hereon and keep away from your office/home for just this scenario or similar. If I have misunderstood your situation, then post more questions so that others can help if I can't.

As Liz_A mentioned, you should be able to work on your old software without having to pay anything if you can find your product serial number.

Is there anywhere I can get a new copy of MYOB Accounting Version 17 and get a new Serial Number and Verification Code?
What I have a copy given by someone with with a serial number that is working but it's serial number i not the original one I lost . I lost mine in the fire.
